I do not want to see Rickon come back as a savage kid leading the North after being absent for so long. If he survives the cannibals on skagos and gets back to Lord Manderly then I think he would be the most likely.

Arya Stark is definitely queen material, a true she-wolf, the sort of monarch the North needs in the savage times to come.

I doubt Rickon is going to be some kind of feral child. Osha isn't going to make him live with wolves just because she's of the free folk.
